Clean the existing surface thoroughly with emery paper 36/80/120 to make the surface smooth.
- Apply a coat of Penetration Primer by brush without mixing any thinner.
- Allow it to dry for 6hrs and don't sand the primer.
- Apply WoodCoat knifing filler grey by putty blade if required. Add a few
drops of thinner for finish for application ease. - Allow it to dry for 12-16 hrs and sand the surface with 220 emery paper (dry cutting)
- Applying WoodCoat Soft Cutting Filler white by spray by mixing with thinner for finish.
- Allow it to dry for 8hrs and sand the surface with 320 emery paper to smoothen (dry cutting).
- Apply two coats of MetalCoat Glossy or Matt shades with two coats of metallic shade
and apply wet on wet MetalCoat Glossy Clear without emerying the metallic paint.
