Cento 100% PU Exterior Application
Clean the existing wood surface thoroughly with emery paper viz., 36/80/120, to make the surface smooth and remove loose particles.
Apply two coats of Cento Exterior Sealer clear by spray, mixing 25-30% with thinner for finish, with 8hours interval of drying time between the two coats. Scuff the first coat of sealer with 220 No. emery paper & second coat with 320 No. emery paper.
Apply two coats of Cento 100% PU Exterior Glossy or Matt Clear by spray, mixing with 15-20% of thinner for finish, allowing 8 hours of interval between the two coats. Scuff the first coat of top coat with 400 No. emery paper & then apply second coat.
