Clean the existing surface thoroughly with emery paper 36/80/120 to make the surface smooth.
- Apply two coats of WoodCoat high solid sealer by spray (pref) with 8hrs interval of drying time between coats and scuff with 220 emery paper.
- Apply 1-2 coats of WoodCoat high solid color sealer if coloring is required.
- Apply two coats of WoodCoat exterior glossy or matt clear by spray, allowing 8hrs interval between two coats.
- Scuff the first coat with 400 emery paper and then apply second coat.
