MRF Wall Coat (PU) system can be applied on new concrete surface or on walls coated with cement paint.
- Apply a coat of Penetration Primer Clear by brush throughout the surface. Do not mix any thinner.
or water to it. - Allow it to dry minimum 6hrs and do not sand the primer.
- Apply one coat of paint or Epoxy Putty within 72hrs (3days).
- Epoxy Putty is to be applied by putty blade for interior walls to cover andulations and for better aesthetics.
- Putty should not be used for exterior walls.
- Apply two or three coats of putty for interior walls depending upon the surface condition.
- Between each coat of putty application allow it to dry 12hrs and sand the surface with 180sand paper.
- Apply two coats of New WallCoat (for both Int/Ext walls ) finish paint either by brush or roller
by mixing the suitable thinner. - Between two coats of finish paint 12hrs drying time to be given. Sand
the first coat with smooth
sand paper and apply the second coat.
